Always happy to listen to our clients we noticed that more and more people prefer to leave their driving licences at home and choose a property within walking distance of all the local amenities.

Although the byword for our villas has historically been “seclusion” necessitating the use of a car to reach beaches, tavernas, etc, we have managed to locate some properties which are not only in private positions but are also within a short distance of all those things which make up the perfect holiday location.

Of course, airport transfers and a welcome pack are always included so upon arrival at your chosen villa you can take a leisurely stroll to the nearest bar and sit watching the sunset.

Should you wish to explore further, then you can always hire a car or a motorboat for a short period.
