Situated in an olive grove a 7-8 minute walk from Kardamili village (500m) and a 5 minute walk from the best part of the beach, the four detached stone houses here offer exceptionally high standards, good privacy and oodles of peace and quiet. We could not recommend a stay here more highly.

These three recently-built stone villas have a prime location above the sea. They are peacefully located a third of the way along the walking and cycling coastal path which links Stoupa and Aghios Nikolaos (20 mins. and 30 mins. walk to the respective centres of each, or a 5 minute drive via the main road that runs slightly inland). They therefore enjoy super sea views and lovely sunsets.

Both villas are situated in an excellent spot for exploring the region; the fishing village of Aghios Nikolaos is a few minutes’ drive and Stoupa, with its wide variety of tavernas and a sandy beach can be reached in ten minutes.

Amidst a gentle hillside of olive trees, Villa Ibiscus has been handpicked by our team for its splendid view sand setting. It is our only property in the Mani and is an excellent base for exploring the region; the fishing village of Aghios Nikolaos is a few minutes’ drive and Stoupa can be reached in ten minutes. Further a field the Taygetos Mountains are a popular destination for walkers, and for history lovers there are abandoned stone towers and atmospheric villages to discover and explore. Ibiscus is part of a small cluster of villas on the same hillside but careful planning and landscaping ensures each has good separation and privacy. Should Ibiscus be booked - it is understandably a popular property - we have access to a sister-villa called Daphne which is of an identical description and pricing.
