Two bedroom Villas • Private Swimming Pool
These three recently-built stone villas have a prime location above the sea. They are peacefully located a third of the way along the walking and cycling coastal path which links Stoupa and Aghios Nikolaos (20 mins. and 30 mins. walk to the respective centres of each, or a 5 minute drive via the main road that runs slightly inland). They therefore enjoy super sea views and lovely sunsets.
Each of the 2 bedroom villas has its own pool and offers a high modern standard both in terms of amenities, furnishings and interior design. They vary slightly in layout and can sleep up to 4 or 5 persons (see individual descriptions). Each has 1 double (king sized) and one twin bedroom (can be made up as a double on request), a living room, a full kitchen, two bathrooms (walk-in shower) and sea view balconies. Amenities include AC, WiFi, two Smart TVs, hairdryer and a room safe. The furnished pool terrace has an outdoor shower - beach/pool towels are provided. Villa II has a jacuzzi on its upper terrace.
Located within reach of two of the Mani peninsula’s most attractive villages - the small resort of Stoupa, popular for its pair of fine sandy beaches, and the characterful traditional fishing village of Aghios Nikolaos - this is the perfect location from which to enjoy all the attractions of Mani. Walkers will love the coastal path, as well as various trails in the mountains behind, but we think car hire is needed for ease of access to shops, beaches and tavernas, as well as for a full exploration of this magnificent region of Greece. Kalamata airport is 75 mins drive (54 kms).
The setup
Villa I
Consists of 3 levels with an area of 90 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads up to the first floor spacious living room (which can also be accessed by external steps) with a fully equipped kitchen area and a second bathroom. The living room has a large covered terrace with sea and mountain views. Above the living room is an open plan gallery twin bedroom under the eaves. The villa is fully air conditioned and has WiFi, two Smart TVs, hairdryer and a room safe. Outdoor furnished pool area to the front.
Villa II
On two floors with an area of 130 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, open plan kitchen area and shower room. The first floor houses the two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower. There is a large covered sea view terrace with a jacuzzi off the first floor and a small balcony off one of the bedrooms, also with sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned and has WiFi, three Smart TVs, hairdryer and a room safe. Outdoor furnished pool area to the front.
Villa III
On two floors with an area of 130 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room which has a comfortable double sofa bed for a fifth person if required, open plan kitchen area and shower room. The first floor houses the two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower. There is a large covered sea view terrace off the first floor and a small balcony off one of the bedrooms, also with sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned and has WiFi, two Smart TVs, hairdryer and a room safe. Outdoor furnished pool area to the front.
