The family-managed Ouzo Villas are made up of a Traditional House, two Stone Villas and a Stone Studio. The group are located near the tiny hamlet and fishing port of Agia Varvara, just over three kilometres from Plomari.
Set amongst pine and olive trees, the Ouzo Villas are 250 metres away from the east end of the beautiful Agios Isidoros Beach. The nearest taverna/restaurant is a 500-metre walk and most beach bars, cafes and other tavernas are a little further on.
Traditional House set-up
This property was the holiday home of a local olive oil trader and has been completely refurbished. The external look has been retained but the interior has been redesigned to modern standards.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms encompassing a master with double bed and two twin rooms that can be changed to a double, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a small balcony with sea views.
On the ground floor is the second bathroom, the sitting and dining areas, TV and a well-equipped modern kitchenette with a large fridge freezer, full cooker and hob, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.
A modern air source heat pump provides both heating and cooling with controls in each area of the house. Pine floors, ceramic tiles and pastel shades give a cool ambiance.
The private pool is to the front of the house and a small but rapidly maturing garden surrounds the property.
