Located on the West coast of Ithaca where steep hillsides slope into the sea, this little beach, a narrow crescent of soft golden sand/fine shingle is one of the island's best. It is hardly ever crowded and it is not easy to get to, as one has to drive down a 3km dirt road from the village of Agios Yannis.
There are no facilities here. A series of dirt tracks lead to other smaller beaches. The beach can also be accessed by sea.
