In Villa Icarus we have a modern, totally renovated 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa with a private pool in a rural setting yet only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the town. The location of the villa also enables easy access to the sandy beaches of the west coast and the quieter pebble beaches of the south east. If you don’t want to hire a car, then the bus into town is equally as convenient.

Set in quarter of an acre garden of olive trees in the hamlet of Katsaratika, views are to the wooded hillsides to the south of the island. Gastouri and the Achillean Palace are a 15 minute drive or bus ride south, as is Benitses with its host of waterfront tavernas. The beaches of Perama are a 15 minute walk (steep in parts on the return) where you will find a selection of grill tavernas, a coffee shop and a minimarket. Further round the headland is the causeway to the Holy Monastery of Vlacherna. Boats can be hired from the taverna lined waterfront here from which there are views to the picture postcard Mouse Island.

Accommodation:
Ground Floor: Large open plan living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen area with access to the pool. The master bedroom with double bed, also with direct access to the pool, has a large double sinked shower room and walk-in wardrobe.

First Floor: Three, twin bedded bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, two of which access a wide balcony that stretches across the length of the house.

Free WIFI is available in all areas. The ground floor is equipped with wireless speakers, flat screen TV with access to UK TV channels and even NETFLIX.
