Although just nine kilometres from Chania there are no signs of tourism in Nerokouro: a church, a mini-market, a small bakery; a friendly community and beautiful views over valleys towards Souda Bay. Souda Bay with its supermakets, fresh fish stalls, cafes and tavernas is only 5 minute’s drive away.
