The House Of Hermes
At Lakka | Sleeps 2-5Many families return to this lovely, spacious and traditional country house, shaded by tall olive trees, which is situated just outside Lakka within ten minutes’ walk of the waterfront.
A flagstone courtyard, bordered by lemon trees, has beautiful views over hillsides of olive groves, cypress trees and two churches. The peace and privacy of Hermes is only disturbed by the cicadas in the surrounding olive groves during the heat of midday.
The House of Hermes was extensively refurbished during 2011 and the renovation will be completed with a new open plan kitchen, dining area for 2012.
NB: The walk to Lakka is steep in parts and we recommend car hire for anyone with
mobility problems.
