The sheltered bay and pretty harbour of Sivota lies near the tip of Lefkas on the south east coast. A two kilometre track leads from the access road to Sivota harbour through the coastal olive groves to the Palm Villas, which are set on three hillside terraces with stunning sea views.
Each of the villas is carefully screened from each other by trees and a profusion of flowering shrubs to provide privacy. Spacious interiors are comfortably furnished to a high standard with modern facilities.
The villa has panoramic views along Lefkas' coastline of olive groves and out across the sea to the islands of Ithaca, Cephalonia, Meganissi, Arkoudi and Atakos.
Sivota, a five minute drive away, has two supermarkets, four café bars and a variety of waterfront tavernas. Beaches can be found ten kilometres north, below Poros, or at Vasiliki, eight kilometres away on the west coast, where there are dinghy sailing, windsurfing and scuba facilities
Accommodation
The villa has a split level interior with three steps separating the living and dining areas. The villa has a sitting room leading to sea-facing terraces; two double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, leading to seafacing terraces; one twinbedded room; one family bathroom with shower; kitchen (with dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer) and dining area. Air-conditioning throughout; satellite TV/DVD & CD player; washing machine; mosquito screens to windows; barbecue.
