Elies Residence

Just two kilometres away from Lefkas Town, the Elies Residence is a modern, private and stylish retreat in a two acre garden, surrounded by olive groves. Views are over a rural landscape of olive-clad hillsides to the town’s marina with the sea and the Greek mainland in the distance.

The villa is divided into two parts (Katikia 1 and Katikia 2), connected by central courtyard. For parties of two to eight people Katikia 1 will be made available and Katikia 2 will remain unoccupied. For parties of nine to fourteen people, Katikia 1 and 2 will be made available.

Lefkas Town's excellent shops and restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive and the beautiful sandy beaches of the west coast are close by.

Accommodation
Katikia 1 has two open-plan areas, (on separate floors) each with a sitting room, dining room and kitchen; one master bedroom suite with living/study area and bathroom; one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms; two bathrooms.

Katikia 2 has an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one master bedroom suite with living/study area and bathroom; one double bedroom and one twin bedroom; two bathrooms.


Please note: Because of some steep drops in the grounds and around the pool, we recommend that children are supervised at all times.
