The Sami Stone Houses

The Sami Stone Houses provide privacy, comfort and seclusion away from the crowds. The views over Sami Bay to Ithaca and up to a range of pine-clad mountains, are stunning.

Just over four kilometres inland from the port of Sami, on Kefalonia’s east coast, the undeveloped landscape contains a beautiful tapestry of olive groves, pine forest and farmland. Each of the Stone Houses hides away in its own olive grove with no neighbour to overlook or disturb. Just a ten minute drive to the coastal beaches, tavernas and shops yet with a peaceful and countrified setting. The only sound to be heard may be from a distant goat or sheep bell.

The properties are spacious and tastefully decorated with terraces and landscaped gardens. A perfect retreat yet close to Sami, Agia Efimia and a variety of beaches.

Each of the three houses has an open-plan sitting room, dining and kitchen area (with dishwasher and microwave) leading to pool terrace; one double bedroom, en suite bathroom with bath; one twin bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower.
