Surrounded by hillsides of pine and olive trees, Sunset House was named for its private and dramatic location on the north-west coast of the island with theatrical views of the sun setting behind the Lixouri peninsula on the horizon.

This house is the perfect retreat for the uncompromising escapist who is looking for coastal seclusion and absolute privacy. The large rooms look out to sea and the sea-facing terraces and the pool terrace are bordered by purple bougainvillaea, jasmine, pink oleander, lavender and rosemary bushes. Stone walls and floors, open ceilings of cypress wood and flagstone terraces given Sunset House the feel of a Provencal farmhouse.

One double bedroom; open-plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area; bathroom with bath and shower. A courtyard, shaded by grapevine and bougainvillaea leads to the Annexe: split-level sitting room, bedroom with double bed, and kitchenette; bathroom with shower; stairs to one twin bedroom.
