Stafilia House

One of our best selling properties, Stafilia House enjoys a private hillside location, on the north-west coast with dramatic views down the west coast and across the sea to the cliffs of the Lixouri peninsula.

The house has been designed to combine island traditional style with modern comforts. Limestone floors, open, cypress wood ceilings, beechwood worktops, antique and modern furnishings and interesting prints have created a home of special character.

The front terrace, partly shaded by a leafy olive tree, looks down the hillside of vine terraces, fig, pine and olive trees to the bay below. At the back of the house there are alternative sitting areas, bordered by a rock garden and myrtle bushes, leading to the swimming pool terrace.
