Penelope's Cottage
At Exoghi | Sleeps 2The village of Exoghi hides away at the very top of a hill overlooking Afales Bay on Ithaca’s north coast. The village is surrounded by hillsides of vineyards and cypress forest.
Penelope’s Cottage is on one of the lower village terraces and commands a magnificent panoramic view over the deep blue waters of Afales Bay and Ithaca's northern valleys of olive groves.
The cottage opens out to a balcony with a flight of steps down to a large terrace, built around a tall almond tree. A small church is next door where services are held twice a year.
