The villa has dramatic views up to the Old Town, set on a hilltop, and over olive groves to the stretch of sea between Alonissos and Skopelos. The villa is reached via a track through a forest of umbrella pines, set back from the road from Patitiri to the Old Town.
Tastefully furnished, Villa Manolia has a variety of sitting areas both inside and outside. Terraces and gardens surround the villa and incorporate a shaded dining and barbecue area beside the swimming pool.
